BOOK REVIEW- THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A F*CK

So, I'm currently reading THE SUBTLE ART OF NOT GIVING A F*CK by MARK MANSON and this right here brought back childhood memories and reminded me about the real QISMAT- who I was before the world told me who to be! Excuse my french, but I agree with Mark as he shows us why we as humans must choose our F*CKS wisely!

This BOOK is the REAL DEAL, and you my darling fam, should read this one. I agree with Manson when he explains that "not everybody can be extraordinary- there are winners and losers in the society, and some of it is not fair or your fault.

I also appreciate the short stories he shares on the likes of Pablo Picasso, Charles Bukowski, and Hiroo Onoda. See, I'm so happy I came across this book at this particular period in my life. I've picked up so many principles and learnt many a lessons:

-"Just as one must suffer physical pain to build stronger bone and muscle, one must suffer pain to develop greater emotional resilience, a stronger sense of  self, increased compassion, and a generally happier life."

- "Nobody makes it through life without collecting a few scars on the way out."

I could go on and on but
I want you to see for yourself why you really need to choose your f*cks wisely!

I've decided to keep this in mind all the days of my life- "Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a f*ck about what's truly fuck-worthable" in #brodashaagi 's voice THANK YOU
