Did you know that The Lagos City Hall which is the oldest local government in Nigeria was established in 1900?
Located within the Brazilian quarters, adjacent to King’s College, St. Nicholas Hospital, and Cathedral of the Holy Cross in the heart of Lagos Island, The City Hall used to be the local government headquarters with other area offices serving the entire local governments in colonial Lagos.
The City Hall is referred to as the ‘oldest headquarters’ in Nigeria, because it was the fountain of local government administration.
I celebrate The Lagos City Hall because it symbolizesa historical, political, and cultural landmark in Nigeria.
Special accolades to my team for making this photo shoot a beautiful experience!
